🥟 烹調方法 Cooking Instructions

🔸水煮 Boiled:

中文:
1️⃣ 煮滾一鍋水
2️⃣ 餃子逐隻放入,輕輕攪拌
3️⃣ 煮約4.5分鐘
4️⃣ 撈起即可食用,配上醋或醬油更惹味

English:
1️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil
2️⃣ Add dumplings one by one, stir gently
3️⃣ Boil for about 4.5 minutes
4️⃣ Serve hot with soy sauce or vinegar


🔸香煎 Pan-fried:

中文:
1️⃣ 平底鍋加少許油,中火加熱
2️⃣ 將餃子排入鍋中,煎約1–2分鐘至底部金黃
3️⃣ 加1/4杯水(約60ml),蓋鍋焗煮3分鐘
4️⃣ 收乾水後再煎30秒,底脆餡嫩即可享用

2️⃣ Place dumplings flat-side down and pan-fry 1–2 minutes until golden
3️⃣ Add 1/4 cup water (60ml), cover and steam for 3 minutes
4️⃣ Uncover and fry another 30 seconds until crispy on the bottom
