2016年,我們在太子界限街30號開設第一間店,由布匹批發轉型餐飲,踏出人生新一步。雖然初入行,但我們堅持品質為先、用料真材實料,每隻餃子都由我們親手包製,毫不馬虎。

我們相信公平交易、物有所值,堅持每日新鮮製作,讓客人感受到地道而純粹的美味,這份堅持正是獅子山下的精神所在。

In 2016, we opened our first store at 30 Boundary Street, Prince Edward — starting not just a brand, but a transformation. From humble beginnings in textile wholesale, we boldly stepped into the world of food, driven by one belief: quality comes first.

Even as newcomers, we never cut corners. Every dumpling is handmade with care, using fresh, premium ingredients. Our mission is simple: fair pricing, honest food, and real flavor — a true reflection of Hong Kong’s Lion Rock spirit.
