在2016年，我們在太子界限街30號地下開設了第一家店鋪，深水埗不僅是我們的起點，也見證了我們從布匹批發轉至餐飲業的轉變。儘管初入餐飲界，我們憑著對品質的堅持，不惜成本，致力於讓每位顧客品嚐到我們精選的食材和用心製作的美食，我們秉持著公平交易、物有所值的原則，每一道菜品都是我們親手製作，希望帶給大家最新鮮、最真實、最純粹的美味，展現獅子山下的精神。
In 2016, we opened our first store at the 30 Boundary Street, Prince Edward. This location was not only our starting point but also witnessed our transition from textile wholesale to the catering industry. Despite being newcomers to the catering world, our commitment to quality, regardless of cost, has been unwavering. We strive to offer our customers carefully selected ingredients and meticulously prepared dishes. Adhering to the principles of fair trade and value for money, every dish is handcrafted by us, aiming to deliver the freshest, most authentic, and pure flavors.

As a local Hong Kong brand, we base our offerings on the tastes of Hong Kong residents, introducing dumplings in the shape of Southern-style ingots, symbolizing wealth and prosperity. The pleats of our dumplings are also meticulously crafted. We aim for every customer to enjoy consistent deliciousness from the first to the last bite, savoring the freshness of the pork and the natural flavors of the vegetables.

The Company has always been dedicated to maintaining the quality of our food, which is why we have not established any franchise stores. Our "Scholar's Nine Cauldrons Soup" is made from a carefully selected blend of nine ingredients, without the addition of MSG. Freshly prepared daily and simmered for three hours, we are committed to not over-seasoning, striving instead to win over our customers with the natural flavors of the ingredients, ensuring a healthy and delicious dining experience.

We are deeply grateful for everyone's support. Our branches are located in Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Central, and Mong Kwok Tseung Kwan O, among other places. In addition to online ordering for raw dumplings, we also offer pick-up and delivery services through the Deliveroo platform. Moving forward, we aim to expand further, allowing more people across different regions to taste our dumplings. While we may not be the cheapest option, for those who value quality, our dumplings are definitely worth a try.
