🥟 烹調方法 Cooking Instructions
🔸水煮 Boiled:

1️⃣ 煮滾一鍋水
2️⃣ 餃子逐隻放入,輕輕攪拌防止黏鍋
3️⃣ 煮約4.5分鐘
4️⃣ 撈起即可食用,可配上醬油或醋
English:
1️⃣ Bring a pot of water to boil
2️⃣ Gently place dumplings one by one and stir to prevent sticking
3️⃣ Boil for approx. 4.5 minutes
4️⃣ Serve hot with soy sauce or vinegar
🔸香煎 Pan-fried:

1️⃣ 平底鍋加油,中火加熱
2️⃣ 排入餃子,煎至底部金黃(約1–2分鐘)
3️⃣ 加入1/4杯水(約60ml),蓋上鍋蓋焗3分鐘
4️⃣ 收乾水後再煎30秒,香脆上碟

2️⃣ Place dumplings flat-side down and fry 1–2 minutes until golden
3️⃣ Add 1/4 cup water (60ml), cover, and steam for 3 minutes
