🔸水煮 Boiled:

1️⃣ 煮滾一鍋水
2️⃣ 餃子逐隻放入,輕輕攪拌避免黏鍋
3️⃣ 煮約2.5–3分鐘(素餃煮得較快)
4️⃣ 撈起即可享用,配上醬油或松茸醬更添風味
English:
1️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil
2️⃣ Add dumplings one by one, stir gently
3️⃣ Boil for about 2.5–3 minutes (vegetarian dumplings cook faster)
4️⃣ Serve with soy sauce or truffle/mushroom-based dipping sauce
🔸香煎 Pan-fried:

1️⃣ 平底鍋加少許油,中火加熱
2️⃣ 餃子平放排入,煎約1–1.5分鐘至底部金黃
3️⃣ 加1/4杯水(約60ml),蓋上鍋蓋焗煮2分鐘
4️⃣ 水乾後再煎30秒,外脆內香即可享用
