🥟 烹調方法 Cooking Instructions

🔸水煮 Boiled:

中文:
1️⃣ 煮滾一鍋水
2️⃣ 餃子逐隻放入,輕輕攪拌
3️⃣ 煮約4.5分鐘
4️⃣ 撈起後即可食用,可配醬油或醋

English:
1️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil
2️⃣ Add dumplings one by one and stir gently
3️⃣ Boil for around 4.5 minutes
4️⃣ Serve hot with soy sauce or vinegar


🔸香煎 Pan-fried:

中文:
1️⃣ 平底鍋加油,中火加熱
2️⃣ 餃子放入鍋中,煎至底部金黃(約1–2分鐘)
3️⃣ 加入1/4杯水(約60ml),蓋上鍋蓋焗煮3分鐘
4️⃣ 收乾水後再煎30秒,外脆內嫩,即可享用!

English:
1️⃣ Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat
2️⃣ Place dumplings flat-side down and fry for 1–2 minutes until golden
3️⃣ Add 1/4 cup water (about 60ml), cover, and steam for 3 minutes
4️⃣ Uncover and pan-fry another 30 seconds — crispy outside, juicy inside!
