🥟 烹調方法 Cooking Instructions
🔸水煮 Boiled:
中文:
1️⃣ 煮滾一鍋水
2️⃣ 餃子一隻隻放入,輕輕攪拌
3️⃣ 肉餃煮約4.5分鐘
4️⃣ 撈起即可享用,可配醬油或餃掂秘製醬
English:
1️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil
2️⃣ Add dumplings one by one, stir gently
3️⃣ Boil for approx. 4.5 minutes
4️⃣ Remove and serve with soy sauce or our signature dipping sauce
🔸香煎 Pan-fried:

1️⃣ 平底鍋加少許油,中火加熱
2️⃣ 排入餃子,底部煎至金黃(約1-2分鐘)
3️⃣ 加入1/4杯水(60ml),蓋鍋焗3分鐘
4️⃣ 收乾水再煎30秒,即可上碟
English:
1️⃣ Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat
2️⃣ Place dumplings flat-side down, pan-fry 1–2 mins until golden
3️⃣ Add 1/4 cup (60ml) water, cover and steam for 3 mins
4️⃣ Uncover and pan-fry another 30 sec for a crispy bottom
